A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o sugere que os mun\u00edcipes e turistas utilizem rotas alternativas ou evitem trafegar neste per\u00edodo, pois o tr\u00e2nsito tende a ficar mais lento neste hor\u00e1rio. Aguardado por muitos competidores, a prova \u00e9 conhecida por desafiar atletas de todos os n\u00edveis de competi\u00e7\u00e3o. Confira cada uma das modalidades e seus formatos de disputa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Duathlon:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Composto por duas etapas de corrida intercaladas por uma etapa de ciclismo, a prova de duathlon do Trirex Endurance conta com tr\u00eas dist\u00e2ncias \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o dos atletas. O Sprint desafia os duoatletas em 2,5 km de corrida, 25,6 km de ciclismo e mais 5 km de corrida. O Sprint \u00e9 composto por uma etapa de 750 m de nata\u00e7\u00e3o, seguida por 25,6 km de ciclismo e 5 km de corrida. A prova Ol\u00edmpica segue com 1,5 km de nata\u00e7\u00e3o, 38 km de ciclismo e 10 km de corrida, enquanto o Longo desafia os atletas em 3 km de nata\u00e7\u00e3o, 50 km de ciclismo e 20 km de corrida.
