Por\u00e9m, quando falamos de alto rendimento, o volume de treinos e a intensidade superam os limites<br \/>\nnormais de um praticante de atividade f\u00edsica e isso se relaciona ao desgaste f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n<p>A les\u00e3o \u00e9 um fator intr\u00ednseco do esporte. Cedo ou tarde voc\u00ea ir\u00e1 se lesionar ou sentir dor em alguma<br \/>\nregi\u00e3o do corpo. Existem les\u00f5es que podem ser evitadas, utilizando meios preventivos, e outras, seja por contato com outro atleta ou por uma queda\/ acidentes, s\u00e3o inevit\u00e1veis!<\/p>\n<p>Entretanto, assim como exerc\u00edcios direcionados \u00e0 fortalecimento, a nutri\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma grande e essencial aliada tanto na fase de treinamento agindo na preven\u00e7\u00e3o, como na fase de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e tratamento das les\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/chelso.com.br\/site\/provas-presenciais\/\">Saiba mais sobre o nosso calend\u00e1rio de provas presenciais.<\/a><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Podemos dividir a les\u00e3o em duas fases principais:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Fase aguda: momento em que a les\u00e3o ocorre at\u00e9 o in\u00edcio da mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o ativa da \u00e1rea lesionada, que coincidira com o retorno ao esporte e frequentemente surgem d\u00favidas e temores quanto \u00e0 gravidade da les\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o funcional: fase que corresponderia ao retorno ao esporte, dividida em tr\u00eas partes:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Retorno aos treinamentos: o atleta pode retomar para realizar as sess\u00f5es de treinamento completo ou parcial, mas ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e1 m\u00e9dico, f\u00edsico ou psicologicamente apto para retomar a pr\u00e1tica esportiva.<\/li>\n<li>Retorno ao esporte: o atleta est\u00e1 totalmente integrado ao seu esporte, mas n\u00e3o ao n\u00edvel de desempenho desejado. Ele geralmente participa de todas as sess\u00f5es de treinamento.<\/li>\n<li>Retorno ao desempenho: quando o atleta atingiu o mesmo ou ultrapassou o n\u00edvel de desempenho anterior a les\u00e3o e est\u00e1 pronto para participar de competi\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF;
