Evite tudo que venha em embalagens e fa\u00e7a valer a &#8220;comida de verdade\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>2- Nem sempre que voc\u00ea sente fome, est\u00e1 sentindo fome f\u00edsica\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Temos 2 tipos de fome: a fome f\u00edsica e a fome emocional. \u00c9 importante voc\u00ea conseguir distinguir as duas. A fome f\u00edsica vem aos poucos, n\u00e3o \u00e9 seletiva e quando voc\u00ea consome \u00e1gua a fome ameniza. J\u00e1 a fome emocional vem do nada (voc\u00ea estava sem fome 5 min atr\u00e1s e do nada est\u00e1 faminto), normalmente \u00e9 seletiva (ex: fome de bolo, fome de salgado, fome de pipoca) e mesmo quando voc\u00ea come, continua com fome. Sempre que sentir fome, fa\u00e7a uma an\u00e1lise e veja se realmente \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio se alimentar ou se \u00e9 apenas para suprir algo emocional.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>3 \u2013 Voc\u00ea pode consumir alguns industrializados \u201cdo bem\u201d, mas \u00e9 fundamental saber o que est\u00e1 comendo<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o se deixe levar pelo nome que est\u00e1 no r\u00f3tulo, aprenda a ler a lista de ingredientes. A dica \u00e9: tudo o que \u00e9 alimento, n\u00f3s conhecemos o nome. Quem dorme bem \u00e9 mais saud\u00e1vel!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>6- Mastiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 muito importante!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voc\u00ea precisa ajudar o seu organismo a fazer digest\u00e3o, al\u00e9m disso, a mastiga\u00e7\u00e3o ajuda e muito na parte de saciedade. Ent\u00e3o se concentre na hora de comer e mastigue bem os alimentos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>7- Cuidado com dietas muito restritivas<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quando voc\u00ea pensa em mudan\u00e7a de h\u00e1bitos est\u00e1 pensando em mudar seu estilo de vida para sempre. Ningu\u00e9m consegue seguir uma dieta muito restritiva por bastante tempo, normalmente elas tem prazo de validade e quando terminam as pessoas voltam aos h\u00e1bitos normais e acabam engordando novamente.
