Hoje vim bater um papo com voc\u00eas sobre um assunto que v\u00e1rios alunos meus (e n\u00e3o alunos tamb\u00e9m) vivem questionando. Aquecer antes de correr \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio? Voc\u00ea j\u00e1 deve ter visto (ou at\u00e9 mesmo vivenciado) algumas pessoas que chegam para o treino ou prova e simplesmente ligam o rel\u00f3gio, a m\u00fasica e esperam a largada ser dada; saem como foguetes e no meio do percurso e \u201cquebram\u201d. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Distens\u00e3o, fadiga, cansa\u00e7o, c\u00e2imbras entre outros motivos causam essa queda de desempenho de forma abrupta; e todos eles podem ter sido gerados pelo simples fato da falta do aquecimento. Sendo assim, saiba que aquecer antes de correr n\u00e3o \u00e9 frescura!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Aquecer antes de correr n\u00e3o \u00e9 frescura. Entenda!<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quando estamos em repouso, nossa FC \u00e9 cerca de 70bpm, e iniciar qualquer atividade intensa sem \u2018preparar o motor\u2019 pode causar danos bem complicados para o corpo. Imagine que voc\u00ea liga seu carro, que estava na garagem a noite toda, e sem aquecer resolve engatar a 3\u00aa e sair cantando pneu. Imaginou? Agora me diz, o que voc\u00ea acha que vai acontecer com o carro?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diversos problemas mec\u00e2nicos! E com o nosso corpo n\u00e3o \u00e9 diferente!
